Welcome to Chapel On The Ave! We are a Christian ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church and a registered student organization at the University of Washington. Chapel on the Ave is dedicated to supporting students at the University of Washington through the many challenges they face in school, in life, and in faith.
During the week: Come play video games (XBox with Kinect, or if you're "old school", N64), pool, ping pong, or piano. You can also study, rest on the couches, play the piano, or just quietly pray in the Sanctuary. Pastor John Barich is also available for consultation.
Our hours are Tuesday (1 pm to 5 pm), Wednesday (11 am to 5 pm), and Thursday (11 am to 5 pm).
Dinner and Worship: Dinner (free!) is served at 7:30 pm every Tuesday, followed by worship at 8:00 pm. We welcome you to either or both!

Chapel at Golden Gardens

This coming Tuesday August 23rd we are going to have Chapel out at Golden Gardens. The ladies are doing their thing again (bringing awesome food) and we are going to bring a volleyball and frisbees and have a fire. It's going to be a good time. Meet us ready to leave the Chapel at 7pm if you need a ride, or we will just see you there around 7:30!
Summer Roof Replacement

After months of planning, we are about to set a date (sometime this summer) for the replacement of our roof. This will pave the way to conquer other tasks like putting a fresh coat of paint on the sanctuary and will ensure another 40 years of ministry at the University of Washington.
